Pat has over seven years’ experience working directly with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and their clients. She has served on community panel discussions on employing persons with a disability. She currently serves on the Society for Human Resource Management Fort Myers Chapter Diversity Committee. She has volunteered at the Center for Independent Living holding classes in interviewing skills for job seekers with a disability. Her unique perspective from being both employer and job coach and her own experience with disability in her family give her the knowledge and drive to lead All America Works.
Vice President, Director
Vicki has over 16 years of business operations management experience. For the past six years Vicki has managed a large, virtual staff of persons with a disability. Vicki’s success as Operations Manager is due in large part to her managerial approach in seeing her staff succeed. She is a creative problem solver and is comfortable thinking of unique solutions for a unique workforce. Vicki holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Minnesota in Business Administration.
Treasure, Secretary, Director
Fred served as Executive Director of Bonita Springs Utilities from 1981 to 2015, leading the not-for-profit utility through three decades of growth and progress. The Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce honored Fred as its 1991 Director of the Year and 1998 Citizen of the Year. He has served the community in many capacities including board trustee of the CREW Land & Water Trust, the Foundation of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs and Past Rotary Club President. Fred was also a Commissioner with the Estero Fire Rescue in February 2010 until February 2012. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Barry University.
Judith Echols, MHS

Judith loves to work with people and has spent her life helping people to create change. She has an extensive background in many aspects of the field of Human Services. Judith has over 14 years of management experience as well as 20 years’ experience in counseling. She developed and directed the successful model for Gaudenzia Joy of Living which over the years has helped stabilize over 600 people to either work, return home or begin living independently. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Services from Lincoln University.
Employment Specialist, Sarasota County, FL
Jim has 39 years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation. From 2001 to 2013 he was a placement coordinator with the state of Minnesota. Prior to that he owned and ran Moritz Enterprise (CARF Accredited) providing job development services as a vendor to the state of Minnesota. He worked for 27 years with Mankato Rehabilitation Center Incorporated (MRI) in Mankato.
